Wild Caught Hokkaido Sea Scallops 11/15

Harvested from the Pacific Ocean, these sea scallops are soft, fleshy and have a mild sweet flavour. They are harvested natural with no additives added.

Each scallop is individually quick frozen to preserve its fresh delicate flavour, ensuring minimum shrinkage for a greater cooked yield.

They are good in your favourite vegetables, pasta, fried rice, or in soups for a quick meal. Pair them with your favourite stir fry sauce - XO, black pepper etc. - for a quick and tasty protein dish.

When all else fails, simply pan sear them with butter to enjoy them in its natural form.
